Thanks for using No Fee Vacation Rentals ("nofeevr.com").

nofeevr.com provides this website, content, software, and services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. By using nofeevr.com you agree to be bound by the latest amended version of this Agreement (see "Modifications" below).

ACCEPTING THE TERMS: By using nofeevr.com, you represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by this agreement.

NO FEE: "No Fee" refers to the disturbing industry trend that some vacation rental websites now charge renters a non-obvious commission to find/rent/book a vacation property. nofeevr.com will NEVER EVER charge a renter a commission to find a vacation rental property.

FREE TRIAL: The free trial period for property owners to list their properties on nofeevr.com is currently an undefined time frame. The intent is to keep nofeevr.com free for property owners, as long as possible -- after which point, there will have to be a minimal listing fee imposed to cover operation costs (web hosting, content delivery network, cloud infrastructure, Google maps, customer support, programming, etc.).

COPYRIGHTS: All content on nofreevr.com is subject to copyright protection. You agree to respect those rights.

YOUR CONTENT: Your content remains yours. You certify that you have full legal rights to any text/photos that you post onto nofeevr.com. You grant nofeevr.com the right to display your uploaded text/photos on nofeevr.com to promote your rental properties.

TRADEMARKS: "No Fee Vacation Rentals", "nofeevr.com", and other marks, are all trademarks of their respective holders.

LICENSE TO USE SITE: You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to use nofeevr.com. Renters may use the site to find vacation rentals. Property owners user the site to add property listings to the site.

ACCOUNTS AND PASSWORDS: Property owners are responsible for protecting their nofeevr.com username and password, and any activity that happens under their account.

ACTIVITY LOGGING: All activity on nofeevr.com is logged.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The nofeevr.com website is provided on a "as is" and "as available" basis. nofeevr.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of nofeevr.com, the effectiveness of its services, or the information, content, materials, or products included on nofeevr.com. you expressly agree that your use of nofeevr.com, the nofeevr.com service, and any downloadable software is at your sole risk. to the full extent permissible by applicable law, nofeevr.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall nofeevr.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of nofeevr.com, the nofeevr.com service, or downloadable software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. nofeevr.com makes reasonable efforts, but does not warrant that nofeevr.com, the nofeevr.com service, any downloadable software, the nofeevr.com servers, or email sent from any of its domains are free of viruses or other harmful components. nofeevr.com will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the nofeevr.com, the nofeevr.com service, or nofeevr.com downloadable software including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

TERMINATION: nofeevr.com reserves the right, under its sole discretion, to terminate accounts or restrict access, for any reason.

DMCA AND ABUSE REPORTS: Send abuse reports to the "abuse" email user at the "nofeevr.com" domain. All reports must include the nofeevr.com property listing number. All reports will be made public.

MODIFICATIONS: This Agreement may be modified from time to time, and will be posted to nofeevr.com. You agree to be bound by any changes to this Agreement when you continue to use nofeevr.com.

WAIVER: The failure of nofeevr.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

SEVERABILITY: If any provision is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court must endeavor to give effect to the intent of the provision, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

NON-TRANSFERABILITY: nofeevr.com accounts may not be transferred to another party without the prior written permission of nofeevr.com.

TIME LIMITATION FOR CLAIMS: You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of nofeevr.com must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

ARBITRATION: In the case of any disputes under this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve their dispute in good faith. If not resolved, both parties agree to resolve the dispute via a single arbitrator, in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). The place of arbitration shall be Kissimmee, Florida, USA, unless both parties agree to a different location.
